There is no record that Bond Sir Galahad has ever been in the show ring. He has been bred by C.M Bond, one of the pioneer breeders of the American Miniature Horse. Mister Bond had the skills and talent to introduce quality horses with unknown pedigrees to the American Miniature Horse breeding arena. Horses who appeared to be prepotent enough to become leading sires.
Sir Galahad turned blind at the age of 26 and he was put down due to a failing health in 1997, at the age of 31 years!
The most important Galahad descendants are in the diagram. Most of them have won multiple Regional and National Championships. Most stallions are successful sires as well. The diagram gives an idea of the continued importance of Bond Sir Galahad and the Bond-line as such. It only shows some of his direct descendants. Some indirect, potentially successful descendants, like Lucky Four Rebels Chasin Rainbows go back to Bond Sir Galahad several times. See also

Galahad has 108 foals registered with AMHA of which 48.1% stallions and 51.9% mares. No geldings have been registered. Sir Galahad, measuring only 27.5" (69.9 cm) produced adult AMHA-registered offspring averaging 31.1" (79.0 cm).
4 of his children appeared to be oversized. His smallest foal measured 27.25" (69.2 cm) upon reaching permanent certification. All of Sir Galahads foals were born as Bond-horses.
Sir Galahad produced 21 different colors of the AMHA 80-color range. Being a black pinto he produced 55.6% solids colors and and 38.0% pintos.
